For over 15 years, Monina Verano ran an independent, multi-award-winning studio working alongside global companies and influential artists to challenge convention and shape culture. The work became an education in how big ideas are born, and how they travel, resonate, and endure.

Her immersive training in mindfulness and mindful leadership has deepened the practice behind that work: getting close, listening carefully, noticing what others have normalized or overlooked, and staying clear inside consequential ambiguity.

These ways of seeing and storytelling converge today in WRLDbldg.

The premise remains simple:

Making something real is one thing.
Making people care is another.

WRLDbldg exists in the space between the two.

Worlds Built

Narrative, launch, founder films, and creative advisory for companies at moments of invention, growth, repositioning, and cultural change.

Some worlds are held in confidence. Others are felt at scale.
